Sharing Reports

What you can share

Any AI-generated growth report — Brainstorm results, channel strategy, execution calendar, or any other tool output — can be shared via a public link or a password-protected link.

Shared reports render at their own URL and are readable without a Voxlode account.

Public shares

A public share creates a link that anyone with the URL can open. The report is cached at Cloudflare’s edge, which means public shares load almost instantly for anyone around the world.

Use public shares when you want to send a report to a collaborator, a client, or a team member who does not have a Voxlode account.

Password-protected shares

Password-protected shares show an unlock form before revealing the report. The viewer enters the password once and a 7-day cookie keeps them unlocked on that device.

As the report owner, you can retrieve your own password from the share settings screen if you need to send it separately.

Managing shares

From the report or History screen you can:

• Enable or disable a share link without deleting the report
• Update the password on an existing share
• Delete the share permanently — this also purges the public cache so the URL stops working immediately

Real-time share updates

If you archive, restore, or delete a report while it is actively shared, that change is broadcast to any other connected devices immediately. Your collaborators will see the updated state without needing to refresh.
